WWE had already announced that the Royal Rumble 2025 would take place at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, on Saturday, February 1, 2025. The first ever WWE event Royal Rumble will be in February. The Royal Rumble 2025 will be the first WWE event to air on Netflix.

Now, the matches of Royal Rumble 2025 are not official, but two cards are predefined: Men’s and Women’s Royal Rumble Matches.

John Cena is the two-time Royal Rumble winner. He won in 2008 and 2013.

But John Cena is still the favorite to win the Royal Rumble 2025. He is going to start his Retirement Tour with the first Netflix Raw in January 2025.

Recently on WWE Twitter, John Cena announced he will compete at the Royal Rumble 2025. But he did not confirm if he would be part of the Men’s Royal Rumble match or not.

“Those are strong words – ‘The last time is now,’” Cena said in a Royal Rumble announcement video that WWE posted on X. “In 2025, there will be a myriad of history-making events. The last time I will ever compete in a Royal Rumble event is February 1st, at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. And you want to make sure you are there.

It is my last Royal Rumble as the road to WrestleMania kicks off.”

Now, it is not confirmed that John Cena will take place in the Men’s Royal Rumble match or a single match, but John Cena fans want to see him in the Rumble match and be the winner of the Men’s Royal Rumble 2025.
